*Due to the high turn-out, this does not guarantee your entry into the tour stop. We are capping each stop based on available tables. If you’ve paid but the tournament is full, we will contact you at the email address you provided when paying entry. Once the event is full, we will have a waiting list and will confirm if you’ve gotten in.

The Draw & Bracket

The draw will be done live at the pool room at approximately 5pm the Friday before the tournament. Anyone can be present for the draw.

We use Digital Pool for our draw and brackets. You’ll receive text message alerts for your match opponents and table assignment if we have your phone number on file.

Players’ Meeting

You must be present at the pool room by 9:30am Saturday for the mandatory players’ meeting.

We’ll do roll-call and a raffle. All players present will receive a ticket during roll-call, with raffle immediately following.

Presenting a professional player image helps our regional tour draw sponsors & viewership.

NWPA players are responsible for knowing and adhering to requirements. If a player is found to be in excessive violation of the dress code, she will have 15 minutes to change her attire or forfeit her match (final decisions are made at the discretion of the board).

Dress Code

2nd Chance Tourney

There will be a 2nd Chance tournament on Sunday open to any players who did not cash in the main event.

The payouts and entry fee are determined by number of players and available added money (minimum of $100 added each 2nd chance event).

You can sign up for 2nd chance on Saturday if you’re out of the tournament, or Sunday morning by 11am.

The draw for 2nd chance will be Sunday at approximately 11:15am, with play to begin at 11:30.
